AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document substitutes Channel 290C3 for Channel 290A at
Paradise Valley, Arizona, and modifies the authorization for Station
KXLL(FM) to specify operation on the higher powered channel, as
requested by Scottsdale Talking Machine & Wireless Company, Inc. See 58
FR 17816, April 6, 1994. Coordinates for Channel 290C3 at Paradise
Valley are 33-32-30 and 111-57-12. Paradise Valley is located within
320 kilometers (199 miles) of the Mexican border, and therefore,
concurrence of the Mexican government to this proposal was obtained.
With this action, the proceeding is terminated.
