Public Building Service; Notice of Availability of Finding of No 
Significant Impact (FONSI) for a New U.S. Courthouse in Riverside, CA

    The United States General Services Administration (GSA) announces 
its decision to acquire a build-to-suite Courthouse of 42,000 square 
feet for use by the U.S. District Court in downtown Riverside, 
California.
    In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and 
the Regulations issued by the Council on Environmental Quality, 
November 29, 1978, the General Services Administration has prepared a 
FONSI for the proposed project and has determined that no Environmental 
Impact Statement (EIS) will be required.
    Copies of the FONSI are available and can be obtained from Mr.
