    Notice of Availability for Draft Environmental Impact Statement 
    for Realignment of McGuire Air Force Base
    
        The United States Air Force will make available the Draft 
    Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the realignment of McGuire Air 
    Force Base.
        Under the 1993 Defense Base Closure and Realignment Commission 
    recommendations, the commission mandated KC-10 aircraft realignment and 
    additional KC-10 basing proposal, and construction of support 
    facilities.
        A public hearing is scheduled for 19 Apr 94 in Cookstown, New 
    Jersey with the comment period ending May 9, 1994. Please direct 
    written comments or requests for further information concerning this

    ACTION: Amend record systems.

    SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy proposes to amend two systems of 
    records to its inventory of record systems subject to the Privacy Act 
    of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended.
    
    DATES: The amendments will be effective on April 25, 1994, unless 
    comments are received that would result in a contrary determination.

    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Department of the Navy record system

    and are available from the address above.
    
        The specific changes to the systems of records are set forth below 
    followed by the systems of records notices published in their entirety, 
    as amended. The amendments are not within the purview of subsection (r) 
    of the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended, which requires 
    the submission of new or altered systems reports.
