    SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filed by William 
    R. Reier, Jr., proposing the allotment of Channel 278C1 to Bozeman, 
    Montana, as that community's fifth FM broadcast service. The 
    coordinates for Channel 278C1 are 45-40-47 and 111-02-16.
    
    DATES: Comments must be filed on or before May 12, 1994, and reply 
    comments on or before May 27, 1994.

    of Proposed Rule Making, MM Docket No. 94-24, adopted March 9, 1994,

        Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of 1980 do not apply 
    to this proceeding.
