NorAm Gas Transmission Co.; Notice of Filing

March 20, 1995.
    Take notice that on March 14, 1995, NorAm Gas Transmission Company 
(NGT) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fourth 
Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets to become effective 
March 4, 1995:

Substitute First Revised Sheet No. 168
Substitute Original Sheet No. 168A

    NGT states that it is modifying the definitions of the General 
Terms and Conditions in compliance with the Commission's March 3, 1995 
Order in this matter.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of 
the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). All 
such motions or protests should be filed on or before March 27, 1995. 
Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants 
parties to the proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
Commission and are [[Page 15558]] available for public inspection in 
the Public Reference Room.
