    State of Ohio; Declaration of Disaster #2934; Amendment #1
    
        In accordance with a notice from the Federal Emergency Management 
    Agency, dated March 12, 1997, the above-numbered Declaration is hereby 
    amended to include Highland County, Ohio as a disaster area due to 
    damages caused by severe storms and flooding beginning on February 28, 
    1997 and continuing.
        Any counties contiguous to the above-named county and not listed 
    herein have been previously declared.
        All other information remains the same, i.e., the termination date 
    for filing applications for physical damage is May 3, 1997, and for 
    loans for economic injury the deadline is December 4, 1997.
