Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America; Notice of Compliance 
Filing

March 20, 1996.
    Take notice that on March 15, 1996, Natural Gas Pipeline Company of 
America (Natural) tendered for filing proposed changes in its FERC Gas 
Tariff, Sixth Revised Volume No. 1, to become effective December 1, 
1995 and March 1, 1996.
    Natural states that the purpose of this filing is to comply with 
the Commission's ``Order Accepting Tariff Sheets, Subject to 
Conditions, and Rejecting Tariff Sheets'' issued February 29, 1996 in 
Docket Nos. RP95-326-006, et al.
    Natural requests whatever waivers may be necessary to permit the 
tariff sheets as submitted to become effective on their indicated 
effective dates.
    Natural states that copies of the filing are being mailed to all 
parties on the restricted service list in Docket Nos. RP95-326-006, et 
al.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., 
Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as 
provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests 
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate 
action to be taken, but will not serve to make the protestants parties 
to the proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
Commission and are available for public inspection in the Public 
Reference Room.
