AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
State of Vermont (FEMA-1101-DR), dated February 13, 1996, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: March 13, 1996.
