National Cancer Institute; Notice of Cancellation of Meetings

    Notice is hereby given of the cancellation of the closed meetings 
of the National Cancer Institute Special Emphasis Panel (SEP) of the 
National Cancer Institute scheduled for March 25-27 and 26-28, 1996, 
which were published in the Federal Register on March 19 (61 FR 11216).
    The meetings were cancelled due to administrative complications.
