Notice of Prospective Patent License

AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

ACTION: Notice of prospective patent license.

SUMMARY: NASA hereby gives notice that New Mexico Highlands University, 
of National Avenue, Las Vegas, New Mexico 87701, has applied for an 
exclusive Patent license to practice the invention described and 
claimed in U.S. Patent No. 5,562,963, entitled ``Absorbent Pads for 
Containment, Neutralization and Clean-up of Environmental Spills 
Containing Chemically-Reactive Agents,'' NASA Case No. MSC-22360-1, and 
U.S. Patent Application Serial Number 08/654,461, same title, NASA Case 
No. MSC-22360-2, which are both assigned to the United States of 
America as represented by the Administrator of the National Aeronautics 
and Space Administration. Written objections to the prospective grant 
of a license should be sent to Johnson Space Center.
