Correction

    In notice document 94-23276 appearing on page 48440 in the issue of 
Wednesday, September 21, 1994, make the following correction:
    On page 48440, in the third column, in the second paragraph, in the 
eighth line, ``March 20, 1994,'' should read ``March 20, 1995,''.
