Alabama-Tennessee Natural Gas Co.; Filing of Report of Refunds

March 23, 1994.
    Take notice that on March 21, 1994, Alabama-Tennessee Natural Gas 
Company (Alabama-Tennessee), tendered for filing a report of refunds 
remitted to customers on March 10, 1994, pursuant to Article I, 
Paragraph 1.7 of the Joint Stipulation and Agreement filed on September 
21, 1993 in this proceeding.
    Alabama-Tennessee states that copies of its filing were served upon 
the Company's affected customers and interested public bodies.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests should be filed 
on or before March 30, 1994. Protests will be considered by the 
Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken but will 
not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of this 
filing are on file with the Commission and are available for public 
inspection.
