AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document substitutes Channel 254C3 for Channel 254A at
Warrior, Alabama, and modifies the authorization for Station WLBI(FM)
to specify operation on the higher powered channel, as requested by
North Jefferson Broadcasting Company, Inc. See 58 FR 63152, published
November 30, 1993. Coordinates for Channel 254C3 at Warrior, are 33-53-
04 and 86-52-01. With this action, the proceeding is terminated.

2. Section 73.202(b), the Table of FM Allotments under Alabama, is
amended by removing Channel 254A and adding Channel 254C3 at Warrior.
