[Declaration of Economic Injury Disaster Loan Area #8208]

 

Massachusetts; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area

    Middlesex County and the contiguous counties of Essex, Norfolk, 
Suffolk, and Worcester in the State of Massachusetts and Hillsborough 
County in the State of New Hampshire constitute an economic injury 
disaster area as a result of a fire in the Town of Medford which 
occurred on February 27. Eligible small businesses without credit 
available elsewhere and small agricultural cooperatives without credit 
available elsewhere may file applications for economic injury 
assistance until the close of business on December 22, 1994 at the 
address listed below:

U.S. Small Business Administration, Disaster Area 1 Office, 360 Rainbow 
Blvd. South, 3rd Floor, Niagara Falls, NY 14303,

or other locally announced locations. The interest rate for eligible 
small businesses and small agricultural cooperatives is 4 percent.
    The economic injury number assigned to this disaster for the State 
of Massachusetts is 820800 and for New Hampshire the number is 820900.
