    Color Picture Tubes From Canada; Termination of Antidumping Duty 
    Administrative Review
    
    AGENCY: International Trade Administration/Import Administration 
    Department of Commerce.
    
    ACTION: Notice of termination of antidumping duty administrative 
    review.

    SUMMARY: On February 24, 1994 the Electronic Workers of America, the 
    International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, the International 
    Union of Electronic, Electrical, Salaried, Machine and Furniture 
    Workers, the AFL-CIO, and the Industrial Union Department AFL-CIO, 
    petitioners in the original less-than-fair-value investigation, 
    withdrew their request for an administrative review of the antidumping 
    duty order on color picture tubes from Canada for the period January 1, 
    1993 through December 31, 1993. The Department is now terminating this 
    review.

    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
    
    Background
    
        On January 31, 1994, the Department of Commerce (the Department 
    received a request from the Electronic Workers of America, the 
    International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, the International 
    Union of Electronic, Electrical, Salaried, Machine and Furniture 
    Workers, the AFL-CIO, and the Industrial Union Department AFL-CIO, 
    petitioners in the original less-than-fair-value investigation, to 
    conduct an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on color 
    picture tubes from Canada for the period January 1, 1993 through 
    December 31, 1993, pursuant to 19 CFR 353.22(a)(1) of the Department's 
    regulations. Petitioners specifically requested an administrative 
    review of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Mitsubishi Electronics 
    America, Inc., and any related companies. We received no other requests 
    for an administrative review of the order.
        On February 17, 1994 the Department published in the Federal 
    Register a notice of initiation of this review (59 FR 7979).
        On February 24, 1994, petitioners withdrew their request for 
    administrative review. Accordingly, the Department has determined to 
    terminate this administrative review.
