Koch Gateway Pipeline Company; Notice of Refund Report

February 26, 1998.
    Take notice that on February 23, 1998, Koch Gateway Pipeline 
Company (Koch) tendered for filing its RP94-120 Refund Report.
    Koch states that this filing is in compliance with the Commission's 
January 28, 1998 ``Order on Remand'', Docket No. RP94-120-016. As 
directed in the Order, Koch states that it tendered refunds on February 
9, 1998 to the affected parties for qualifying transactions.
    Koch states that a copy of the report has been served upon affected 
customers, interested state commissions and all parties designated on 
the official service list.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as 
provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests 
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate 
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to 
the proceedings. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission 
and are available for public inspection.
