In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-
463, as amended), the National Science Foundation (NSF) announces the
following meeting:
Name: Special Emphasis Panel in Science Resources Studies #1211.

structure, and layout of the Congressional report, Scientific and
Engineering Research Facilities at Universities and College: 1994
and NIH report, The Status of Biomedical Research Facilities: 1994.
Agenda: Review discussions of the congressionally mandated
report.
Reason for Closing: The discussion could disclose data from
individual institutions that is privileged or confidential. These
matters are within exemptions (4) of 5 U.S.C. 552b(c) of the
Government in the Sunshine Act.
