Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI) for a Draft Environmental 
Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Lower Santa Cruz River Flood Control 
Study, Pinal County, AZ

AGENCY: Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District, DOD.

ACTION: Finding of no significant impact.

SUMMARY: The Federal Register, Volume 55, No. 105, dated May 31, 1990, 
contained a Notice of Intent to Prepare a Draft Environmental Impact 
Statement for the Lower Santa Cruz River Flood Control Study, Pinal 
County, AZ. No implementable flood control plan was developed, and the 
study has been terminated. No Draft Environmental Impact Statement was 
prepared.
