Tennessee Gas Pipeline Co.; Notice of Technical Conference

March 24, 1995.
    Take notice that a technical conference concerning the above 
dockets will be convened on April 6, 1995, at 9:00 a.m., at the Crystal 
City Marriott (Crystal Forum), 1999 Jefferson Davis Highway Arlington, 
Virginia. The purpose of the technical conference is to continue 
discussions begun at the prior conference concerning Tennessee's 
operations.
    All parties, as defined by 18 CFR 385.102(c), and all participants 
as defined in 18 CFR 385.102(b), are invited to attend. Persons wishing 
to become a party must move to intervene and receive intervenor status 
pursuant to the Commission's Regulations (18 CFR 385.214).
