ACTION: Correction.

SUMMARY: In notice document 95-3171 on page 7785 in the issue of 
Thursday, February 9, 1995, make the following correction: Under the 
heading Supplementary Information, the legal description which reads T. 
8 S., R. 23 E., should be changed to read T. 8 S., R. 22 E.
