members of the Inter-American Freight Conference on an ad hoc basis and
to discuss the rationalization of vessels and other matters.

contracts.

Title: Delmas/Wilhelmsen Slot Charter Agreement

Wilhelmsen Lines AS
Synopsis: The proposed Agreement authorizes the parties to charter or
make space and slots available to and from each other in the trade
between ports on the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts of the United States, and
inland and coastal points served via those ports on the one hand, and
ports in Africa with the range between, and including Senegal and the
Congo, and inland and coastal points served via those ports on the
other hand. The parties have requested expedited review.
