Kellwood Company, Spencer, WV; Notice of Termination of 
Investigation

    Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an investigation 
was initiated on February 16, 1999 in response to a petition filed by 
AFL-CIO, Union of Needletrades, Industrial and Textile Employees 
(UNITE), Mid-Atlantic Regional Joint Board, Local 2363, on January 26, 
1999 on behalf of workers at Kellwood Company, Spencer, West Virginia.
    The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn. 
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no 
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
