    SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Public Law 92-
    463, notice is hereby given that the Mobile Sources Technical Review 
    Subcommittee of the Clean Air Act Advisory Committee will meet on: 
    Wednesday, April 14, 1999 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard 
    Time (registration at 8:30 a.m.) at: Holiday Inn--Eisenhower, 2460 
    Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22314-4695, Ph: (703) 960-3400; Fax: 
    (703) 329-0953.
        This is an open meeting and seating is on a first-come basis. 
    During this meeting, the subcommittee will hear progress reports from 
    its workgroups, updates and announcements of general interest such as 
    the status of the Tier 2 rulemaking, the Clean Air Act Advisory 
    Committee, the National Research Council's study of the MOBILE model, 
    and discuss other current issues in the mobile source program, 
    including a presentation on environmental justice.
