Notice of Cancellation of Meeting

    The National Credit Union Administration Board determined that its 
business requires that the previously announced open meeting (Federal 
Register, Vol. 60, No. 57, Friday, March 24, 1995) scheduled for March 
29, 1995 is canceled and that no earlier announcement of this change 
was possible.
    The previously announced items were:

    1. Insurance Fund Report.

Matters To Be Considered

    1. Approval of Minutes of Previous Open Meetings.
    2. Request from State of Michigan for Exemption under Section 
701.21(h), NCUA's Rules and Regulations, Member Business Loans.

Rules and Regulations, Prohibited Fees.
    4. Proposed Rule: Amendments to Part 704, NCUA's Rules and 
Regulations, Corporate Credit Unions.
