SUMMARY: The Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) is cancelling 
the announcement to solicit competitive applications under its Minority 
Business Development Center (MBDC) Program to operate the Chicago I and 
Chicago II MBDCs. This solicitation was originally published in the
