Sunshine Act Meeting of the Board of Directors Committee on 
Provision for the Delivery of Legal Services

TIME AND DATE: The Provision for the Delivery of Legal Services 
Committee of the Legal Services Corporation's Board of Directors will 
meet on March 7, 1997. The meeting will begin at 2 p.m. and continue 
until conclusion of the committee's agenda.

LOCATION: Legal Services Corporation, 750 First Street NE., 10th Floor, 
Washington, D.C.

STATUS OF MEETING: Open.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED:

1. Approval of agenda.
2. Approval of minutes of January 5, 1997, meeting of the Committee.
3. Report by the Corporation's Inspector General on the status of 
implementation of Sec. 509 of Pub. L. 104-134.
4. Status report on activities of the Office of Program Operations, 
including its reorganization, the status of competition for 1997 
grants, restrictions enforcement and follow-up, the Americorps Project, 
and other matters.
5. Consider and act on other business.
