National Forest, Coos and Curry Counties, Oregon

AGENCY: Forest Service, USDA.

ACTION: Cancellation of an environmental impact statement.

SUMMARY: On March 5, 1992, a Notice of Intent (NOI) to prepare an 
environmental impact statement (EIS) for the North Salmon Timber Sale 
and Other Resource Projects on the Powers Ranger District of the 
Siskiyou National Forest was published in the Federal Register (57 FR 
7908). Forest Service has decided to cancel the environmental analysis 
process. There will be no EIS for this project at this time.
