    Notice is hereby given of a change in the meeting of the National 
Institute on Drug Abuse Special Emphasis Panel (Organization and 
Management of Drug Abuse Treatment Services) on March 4, 1998, at 8:30 
a.m., at the Key Bridge Marriott Hotel, 1401 Lee Highway, Arlington, VA 
22209, which was published in the Federal Register on January 26, 1998, 
Volume 63, FR 6575.
    The date and time of this committee have been changed to March 3, 
1998, at 2:00 p.m.
