Calcium Aluminate Flux From France; Antidumping Duty 
Administrative Review; Time Limits

AGENCY: Import Administration, International Trade Administration, 
Department of Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of extension of time limit.

SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (the Department) is extending the 
time limit of the preliminary results of the antidumping duty 
administrative review of calcium aluminate flux from France. The review 
covers one manufacturer/exporter of the subject merchandise to the 
United States and the period June 1, 1996 through May 31, 1997.

EFFECTIVE DATE: April 4, 1998.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: It is not practicable to complete this 
review within the original time limit. Therefore, the Department is 
extending the time limit for completion of the preliminary results 
until June 30, 1998, in accordance with section 751(a)(3)(A) of the 
Tariff Act of 1930, as amended by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act of 
1994 (19 U.S.C. 1675(a)(3)(A)). See Memorandum to Robert S. LaRussa 
from Joseph A. Spetrini, which is on file in Room B-099 at the 
Department's headquarters.
