Notice of Prospective Patent License

AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

ACTION: Notice of Prospective Patent License.

SUMMARY: NASA hereby gives notice that Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. 
of Allentown, Pennsylvania has requested an exclusive license to 
practice the invention described and claimed in a pending U.S. Patent 
application, entitled ``Two-Phase Quality/Flow Meter,'' NASA Case 
Number KSC-11725, which is assigned to the United States of America as 
represented by the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space 
Administration. Written objections to the prospective grant of a 
license to Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. should be sent to Ms. Beth 
Vrioni, Patent Attorney, John F. Kennedy Space Center.

DATES: Responses to this Notice must be received on or before May 6, 
1996.
