Notice of Prospective Patent License

AGENCY:  National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

ACTION: Notice of Prospective Patent License.

SUMMARY: NASA hereby gives notice that Lee Associates, Inc. of 313 West 
Shore Road, South Hero, Vermont 05486, has applied for a partially 
exclusive license to practice the invention described and claimed in 
U.S. Patent No. 5,373,110, entitled ``Ion Exchange Polymer and Method 
of Making,'' which is assigned to the United States of America as 
represented by the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space 
Administration. The fields of use will be limited to: (i) Test kits for 
water purity; and (ii) recovery of precious metals for ores and 
electroplating processing materials. Written objections to the 
prospective grant of a license to Lee Associates, Inc. should be sent 
to Mr. Kent Stone.

DATES: Responses to this Notice must be received by (insert 60 days
