Fitness Determination of Casino Airlines, Inc.
AGENCY: Department of Transportation.
ACTION: Notice of order to show cause (Order 97-2-30).

SUMMARY: The Department of Transportation is proposing to find that
Casino Airlines, Inc., is fit, willing, and able, to provide commuter
air service under 49 U.S.C. 41738.
DATES: Persons wishing to file objections should do so no later than
March 14, 1997.
RESPONSES: All interested persons wishing to respond to the Department
of Transportation's tentative fitness determination should file their
responses with James A. Lawyer, Air Carrier Fitness Division, X-56,
Room 6401, Department of Transportation, 400 Seventh Street, SW.,
Washington, DC 20590, and serve them on all persons listed in
Attachment A to the order. Responses should be filed no later than
March 24, 1997.
