    Notice is hereby given of a change in the meeting of the National 
Institute Of Neurological Disorders and Stroke Special Emphasis Panel, 
February 23, 1999, 3:30 PM to February 23, 1999, 4:30 PM, 7550 
WISCONSIN AVENUE, FEDERAL BUILDING, ROOM 9C10, BETHESDA, MD 20814-9692 
which was published in the Federal Register on February 17, 1999, 64 FR 
7902.
    The meeting will be held as a teleconference on March 2, 1999 from 
3:00-4:00 PM at NIH/NINDS, Federal Building, Room 9C10, 7550 Wisconsin 
Ave., Bethesda, MD 20892. The meeting is closed to the public.
