Correction

    In rule document 99-4176 beginning on page 8507, in the issue of 
Monday, February 22, 1999, make the following correction:


Sec.  71.1  [Corrected]

    On page 8508, in the third column,in Sec.  71.1, under the heading 
ACE KS E5 El Dorado, KS [Revised], in the 10th line, ``64.'' should 
read ``6.4''.
