    Title: North American Free Trade Agreement Duty-Deferral.
    Description: The duty deferral claimant will make application to 
the U.S. Customs for excess duty paid on NAFTA eligible good which has 
been exported to another NAFTA country. This procedure of refunds will 
become effective for goods into Canada (Effective 01/01/96) and Mexico 
(Effective 01/01/01).
    Respondents: Individuals or households, Business or other for-
profit.
    Estimated Number of Respondents/Recordkeepers: 1,783.
    Estimated Burden Hours Per Respondent/Recordkeeper: 15 minutes.
    Frequency of Response: Other (as needed).
