the availability of U.S. Patent No. 5,417,986, entitled ``Vaccines 
Against Diseases Caused by Enteropathogenic Organisms using Antigens 
Encapsulated Within Biodegradable-Biocompatible Microspheres'' issued 
May 28, 1995 and U.S. Patent No. 5,470,311 entitled ``Microsphere Drug 
Application Device'' issued November 28, 1995.
