CNG Transmission Corp.; Proposed Changes in FERC Gas Tariff

March 1, 1994.
    Take notice that on February 24, 1994, CNG Transmission Corporation 
(CNG) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second 
Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheets:

Substitute First Revised Sheet No. 358
Substitute Original Sheet No. 358A

    CNG states that the purpose of the filing is to comply with the 
Commission's February 9, 1994, letter order in this proceeding. CNG 
states that it is removing tariff language that would have allowed it 
to offset certain supplier refunds received after March 31, 1995.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rules of Practice 
and Procedure 18 CFR 385.211. All protests should be filed on or before 
March 8, 1994. Protests will be considered by the Commission in 
determining the appropriate action to be taken but will not serve to 
make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of this filing are 
on file with Commission and are available for public inspection.
