    In notice document 94-4742 beginning on page 9997 in the issue of 
Wednesday, March 2, 1994, in the second column, under EFFECTIVE DATES, 
in the fourth and fifth lines, ``March 3, 1994'' and ``April 4, 1994'' 
should read ``March 2, 1994'' and ``April 1, 1994'' respectively.
