    Delaware; Amendment to Notice of a Major Disaster Declaration
    
    AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
    
    ACTION: Notice.

    SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
    State of Delaware, (FEMA-1082-DR), dated January 12, 1996, and related 
    determinations.
    
    EFFECTIVE DATE: February 29, 1996.

    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster for the State 
    of Delaware, is hereby amended to include assistance under the Public 
    Assistance program limited to Category G for engineered beach 
    renourishment and repair of facilities on the beach or immediately 
    adjacent to the beach in the following area:
    
        Sussex County for Category G which is limited to engineered 
    beach renourishment and repair of facilities on the beach or 
    immediately adjacent to the beach under the Public Assistance 
    program (already designated under the January 12, 1996 major 
    disaster declaration resulting from the Blizzard of 1996 which 
    occurred on January 6-12, 1996 for reimbursement for the costs of 
    equipment, contracts, and personnel overtime that were required to 
    clear one lane in each direction along snow emergency routes (or 
    select primary roads in those communities without such designated 
    roadways) and routes necessary to allow the passage of emergency 
    vehicles to hospitals, nursing homes, and other critical 
    facilities).
