On September 14, 1990, the Secretary of the Navy issued, revised, and amended the Navy Regulations in accordance with 10 U.S.C. Section 6011. In 1993, the Secretary of the Navy amended two articles of the Navy Regulations relating to Fraternization and Sexual Harassment among naval personnel.
