Postponement of Preliminary Antidumping Duty Determination; 
Certain Cased Pencils from the People's Republic of China

AGENCY: Import Administration, International Trade Administration, 
Department of Commerce

EFFECTIVE DATE: March 8, 1994.

Postponement

    We have determined this investigation to be extraordinarily 
complicated due to the large number of producers and resellers. We have 
also determined that respondent parties to the proceeding are 
cooperating in this investigation. Accordingly, pursuant to section 
733(c)(1)(B) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, (``the Act'') and 
19 CFR 353.15(b), we are postponing the date of the preliminary 
determination until no later than June 8, 1994.
    This notice is published pursuant to section 733(c)(2) of the Act 
and 19 CFR 353.15(d).
