Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corp.; Notice of Report of Refunds

March 2, 1995.
    Take notice that on February 6, 1995, Transcontinental Gas Pipe 
Line Corporation (TGPL), tendered for filing with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission (Commission), its refund report made to comply 
with the Commission's order dated September 21, 1994, in Docket Nos. 
RP93-106-000, et al. TGPL received refunds from Texas Gas Transmission 
Corporation (Texas Gas), in connection with Texas Gas's settlement of 
various matters in Docket No. RP93-106-000, et al.
    TGPL states that it refunded $3,995,416.17, including interest to 
its FT-NT customers on February 1, 1995 for the period November 1993 
through September, 1994, as a result of the approved Texas Gas 
settlement.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 
20426, in accordance with rules 211 and 214 and 385.214. All such 
motions or protests should be filed on or before March 9, 1995. 
Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants 
parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must 
file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
Commission and are available for public inspection.
