Sunshine Act Meeting; Notice of Meeting

    The Board of Trustees of the Morris K. Udall Scholarship & 
Excellence in National Environmental Policy Foundation will hold a 
meeting beginning at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, 1996, at the 
Hotel Park, 5151 East Grant Road, Tucson, Arizona 85712.
    The matters to be considered will include: (1) Reports of on-going 
Foundation programs; (2) A review of the Budget; and (3) A report from 
the Udall Center for Studies and Public Policy. The meeting is open to 
the public.
