Correction

    In notice document 96-3753 appearing on page 6623 in the issue of 
Wednesday, February 21, 1996 make the following correction:
    On page 6623, in the second column, in the third complete 
paragraph, the comment dates were not inserted, the paragraph is 
corrected to read as follows:

    ``Public comment is invited from interested parties. Submissions 
(original and 3 copies) shall be addressed to the Board's Executive 
Secretary at the address below. The closing period for their receipt is 
April 22, 1996. Rebuttal comments in response to material submitted 
during the foregoing period may be submitted during the subsequent 15-
day period (to May 7, 1996).''
