AGENCY: Office of the Secretary of Defense, DoD.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Department of Defense hereby removes 32 CFR part 90 
concerning collection of indebtedness. This part has served the purpose 
for which it was intended and is no longer valid.

EFFECTIVE DATE: March 9, 1994.
