Notice of Realty Action: Direct Sale of Public Land in Coos 
County, Oregon

AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Interior.

ACTION: Correction notice.

SUMMARY: In Federal Register, Volume 63, Page 70419, Number 244 of 
Monday, December 21, 1998, Notices, under the SUMMARY heading, add the 
following paragraph: The mineral interest being offered for conveyance 
have no known mineral values and may be conveyed simultaneously, in 
accordance with Section 209 of the Federal Land Policy and Management 
Act. Acceptance of the direct sale offer will qualify the purchaser to 
make application for conveyance of those mineral interests. Purchasers 
must submit a non refundable $50.00 filing fee for the conveyance of 
the mineral estate upon request by the Bureau of Land Management.
