E5-1467. Wyoming Interstate Company, Ltd.; Notice of Compliance Filing

Take notice that on March 21, 2005, Wyoming Interstate Company, Ltd. (WIC) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 2, the following tariff sheets to become effective March 6, 2005:

Fifth Revised Sheet No. 42,

First Revised Sheet No. 42A,

Eighth Revised Sheet No. 63,

Fifth Revised Sheet No. 89.

WIC states the tariff sheets are revised to comply with the Commission's March 4, 2005 order to update the procedures for the prospective sale of available capacity by removing one exemption applicable to the sale of capacity timeline and by adding a right of first refusal limitation for the sale of certain future capacity.

WIC states that copies of the filing were served on parties on the official service list in the above-captioned proceedings.

Any person desiring to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rule 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). Protests to this filing will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Such protests must be filed in accordance with the provisions of Section 154.210 of the Commission's regulations (18 CFR 154.210). Anyone filing a protest must serve a copy of that document on all the parties to the proceeding.
