The Commission also found that the respondent interested party group responses from Belgium, China, South Africa, Taiwan, and Turkey were inadequate but determined to conduct full reviews of the orders on CTL plate from those countries in order to promote administrative efficiency in light of its determinations to conduct full reviews of the orders with respect to Austria, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and South Korea.
