CNG Transmission Corp.; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC Gas 
Tariff

April 4, 1995.
    Take notice that on March 31, 1995, CNG Transmission Corporation 
(CNG), filed for inclusion in its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised 
Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets:

Eighth Revised Sheet No. 32
Eighth Revised Sheet No. 33
First Revised Sheet No. 360
FIrst Revised Sheet No. 361
Original Sheet No. 361A

    CNG states that the purpose of this filing is to collect additional 
stranded upstream transportation costs, and to revise the General Terms 
and Conditions of CNG's tariff, to institute a quarterly filing for 
future Account No. 858 stranded cost recovery.
    CNG states that copies of this letter of transmittal and enclosures 
are being mailed to CNG's customers and interested state commissions.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a protest or motion to intervene with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., Washington, 
D.C., 20426, in accordance with Rules 214 and 211 of the Commission's 
Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR Sections 385.214 and 385.211. 
All motions or protests should be filed on or before April 11, 1995. 
Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants 
parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must 
file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
Commission and are available for public inspection.
