Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Co.; Notice of Tariff 
Revisions

April 4, 1995.
    Take Notice that on March 31, 1995, Williston Basin Interstate 
Pipeline Company (Williston Basin), tendered for filing revised tariff 
sheets to Second Revised Volume No. 1 of its FERC Gas Tariff.
    Williston Basin states that the revised tariff sheets are being 
filed to make explicit in its tariff the ability to allow Williston 
Basin to accept nominations after the nomination deadline, to the 
extent operating conditions permit.
    Williston Basin requests that the tariff sheets be made effective 
May 1, 1995.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street NE., Washington, D.C. 
20246, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules 
of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). All such 
motions or protests should be filed on or before April 11, 1995. 
Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make the 
protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a 
party to the proceeding must file a motion to intervene. Copies of the 
filing are on file with the Commission and are available for public 
inspection.
